Holiday Inn Munich - Westpark, an IHG Hotel

Spotless room, quiet location, helpful staff. Not right in the centre but good public transport links. The nearest station, Harras, is a short stroll and has overground and underground trains into the city centre, as well as trains out to the villages and towns towards the mountains.

every thing was fantastic, excellent location just few steps to the sub- way which drop u to the centre within few minutes. There is supermarket and Halal Turkish restaurant and a nice bakery coffee shop. very Special thanks for Mr. Gisbert at the reception for his very elegant, respectful and kind full treatment.

Great location, a bit outside the city center but Harras gives very good public transport connections (besides U6 and S-bahn also direct buslines to Deutsches Museum (& Verkehrscentrum), Gaststeig HP8,..) Spacious hotel, a lot of choice for breakfast, clean and well-equipped room. Nice thing to know: the bathroom has a heated floor, which is really great! Friendly and helpful staff. If I ever get to München again, I'll stay at the hotel once more!

Katharina at the front desk was our angel. We had arrived, exhausted, after travel complications. On arrival, she helped us to book a taxi on short notice to get to an event we were already late to. She also helped us to fix a check-in issue, saving us a large amount. (Sincere thanks to her and her manager.) She also went out of her way to being us cold water as we waited for the taxi--as we were clearly hot and stressed. Simple kindness that almost made me cry. It meant so much to us that we were able to see the second half of the Passion Play, and we absolutely would not have made it without her help. Employees like this are worth their weight in gold, and I hope that Katharina is recognized for her outstanding customer service. I'm certain we are not the only travelers who have benefitted from her customer focus. In other notes, the breakfasts were superb. There were many drink and food options, and the staff was helpful and kind. It was a delicious way to start our days in Munich. The room was clean and well-appointed. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent breakfast, with wide variety. Vegetarian options for one of us were varied and excellent quality. Meat options were of high quality and variety. This would be one of our "go-to" breakfasts if we were staying in other accommodation (cost for buffet breakfast would be €20 per person). Staff serving during breakfast were attentive, cheerful, and helpful. Rooms were very clean, instant coffee and kettle provided, small (not wasteful) selection of toiletries. Bathroom has dual voltage (240/110) outlet in bathroom for North American devices (we did not test). Many electrical outlets accessible for charging cellphones, etc. Restaurant was closed this week due to staffing shortages. Hotel bar had attentive and courteous staff who were multi-lingual and very accommodating.
